I Won Tickets!
Living in NYC, one of my favorite movie theatres always hosts star studded movie premiers. I always see influencers invited to these things and while I am not an influencer, I always hoped I would be able to attend one of these. I didn't attend a premiere, but I did win tickets to an advanced screening of "The Long Walk"! I enter so many book related giveaways on my podcast Instagram account. I was so excited to see the notification that I was one of the winners! I got to bring Orlando so it made the experience so much more special. I wasn't sure if this would be an influencer screening. We've been to other premieres where the people who attend get free popcorn. Since I won the tickets through a publisher, would I get a free copy of the book? The answer to that is no.
